Fallen Angel Boudoir
A fallen angel isn’t a costume so much as a mood — full feathered wings, a halo that has very much slipped, and the quiet confidence of someone who jumped rather than fell. The wings carry the whole frame, so everything else stays simple.

What is a fallen angel boudoir session?
A themed boudoir shoot built around full feathered wings, a halo and soft-to-dark styling — ethereal or a little wicked, your call. At Blushed Boudoir in Salt Lake City it runs as a $349 mini session on Friday Aug 21 and Friday Sept 18: thirty guided minutes, one outfit, five finished images of your choice.
The wings carry the frame
This is the one set where the prop does the heavy lifting. Our wings are full-size, feathered and genuinely dramatic — they fill the frame, catch light beautifully, and give you something to move with. Because they’re doing so much, the wardrobe underneath should stay quiet: the more you add, the more you fight the wings.
You can take it either direction. Keep it white and luminous for a divine angel, or go dark — black lingerie, smudged liner, the halo askew — for the fallen version. Most women decide in the room once they see themselves in the wings.

What to wear
- Keep it simple. A plain bodysuit, classic lingerie, or even a bralette and briefs — the wings are the statement.
- White or black. White and bone for divine, black for fallen. Both photograph beautifully against feathers.
- Bare shoulders and back. This is a set built to show off the lines the wings frame.
- Halo optional — we have one, and it looks best slightly crooked.
Who books it
Women who want something with movement and drama but not gore, and anyone drawn to a single, iconic image rather than a lot of setups. It’s also a beautiful pairing — many clients book it alongside the White Witch on the same Divine & Damned night for a light-and-dark diptych.
The dates
Friday Aug 21 and Friday Sept 18, as part of our Divine & Damned night. Two dates, then the wings come down until next October.
Full lineup and dates on the Halloween minis page. For something graphic and black, see the spiderweb set; for the softest thing we run, the milk bath.
