Women’s Self-Love Retreats · Utah · California · Florida
The girls’ trip that accidentally changes your life.
Destination boudoir, real sisterhood, and a few days out of survival mode.
Not a stiff wellness seminar where everyone whispers affirmations in a circle. Poolside laughter, matching robes, confidence-building photoshoots, dancing barefoot, and the kind of conversations women only have once they feel safe enough to stop pretending.
Get seven or eight women together in your state and we’ll come to you. No fixed dates to wait for — the retreat is built around your group.
Before You Talk Yourself Out Of It
Every woman asks these before she books.
Not one of them has ever been a reason to stay home.
“What if I come alone?”
Most women do. With under ten guests, strangers stop being strangers by about hour three — and a lot of women leave with friendships that outlast the trip.
“What if I feel awkward?”
You will, briefly. Then someone hands you a drink and asks you to help zip a dress, and it stops being a room full of strangers.
“I’ve never done boudoir.”
Most guests haven’t. Every pose is directed, and you’ll have three photographers and a room full of women who want you to look incredible.
“I’m not confident enough.”
Confidence isn’t the entry requirement. It’s the thing most women say they packed home.
“I’d feel guilty taking the time.”
You’ve probably not taken a few days for yourself in years. That’s not a reason to skip it — it’s the reason to come.
“Is it a therapy retreat?”
No. There’s a self-love workshop and a workbook if you want them, and there’s also a pool, a dance lesson and a lot of laughing. You take what you want from it.
Who Actually Comes
For the woman tired of feeling like she has to hold everything together.
The women who come aren’t broken. They’re tired — the ones who spent years pouring into everyone else while quietly disappearing from themselves.
Single moms. Divorced women. Burned-out women. Women healing after heartbreak. Women rediscovering their confidence. Women who just miss laughing until their stomach hurts.
The Experience
Part luxury girls’ trip. Part self-love retreat. Part main-character movie.
The energy is hard to explain until you’re in it.
Imagine waking up in a beachfront villa in Florida or a lodge in the Utah mountains, surrounded by women who somehow already feel like sisters. Coffee on the patio. Music playing. Someone helping zip a dress. Someone hyping you up while you do your makeup.
Later that day you’re standing in a location you’d never have booked alone, with the whole group cheering — and instead of shrinking, you finally let yourself take up space.
That night it’s poolside, belly-laughing until your cheeks hurt, having the conversations women only have once they feel safe enough to stop performing. It isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about reconnecting with yourself inside it.
What’s Included
More than a vacation. More than a photoshoot.
Every retreat is intentionally small — under ten guests — so nothing feels like a group tour.
Where You Stay
A beachfront villa in Florida, a pink glass-walled mid-century house with a pool in California, or a lodge in the Utah mountains — or somewhere in your own state if your group brings us there. Rooms are shared, which is a large part of why the group bonds as fast as it does.
Food & Drinks
Family-style meals throughout, plus poolside piña coladas and mocktails, sodas, water and juices.
Your Boudoir Mini
A boudoir mini session is included, shot on location, with the option to add more. Three photographers travel to every retreat — one of them is also your makeup artist.
The Group Pool Shoot
The single most-loved thing guests mention afterwards. Everyone in the water, everyone cheering, nobody watching from the side.
Self-Love Workshop & Workbook
A guided workshop with a printed workbook to take home — and a cacao and sound-bowl evening on the first night, after the welcome dinner.
The Rest Of It
Dance-night teaching, live massage, reiki, manicures and pedicures, games, and art and bead stations. Do all of it or none of it.
A $500 deposit secures your spot and gives you priority access to the details. It always starts with a free, no-pressure call first — nobody is going to talk you into a plane ticket.
Bring The Retreat To You
Get seven or eight women together and we’ll fly to you.
There isn’t a fixed calendar to wait for. If you can gather a group in your state — sisters, college friends, the women from work who keep saying you should all go somewhere — we’ll bring the whole retreat to you, photographers and all.
1 · Gather Your Seven
Seven or eight women is the whole group. Small enough that nobody gets lost in it, big enough that the room has real energy.
2 · We Find The House
We’ve run retreats from a beachfront villa in Florida to a pink, glass-walled mid-century house in California to lodges across Utah — and we’ll scout the right one wherever your group is.
3 · We Bring The Studio
Three photographers travel to every retreat, one of whom is also your makeup artist. The boudoir mini, the group pool shoot and the whole run of the weekend come with us.
What It Feels Like
You stop being the responsible version of yourself for a few days.
There’s something steadying about being surrounded by women who understand exactly how heavy it’s been. And something else entirely about being reminded you’re still allowed to feel playful, adventurous, soft and wide awake.
Not despite your age. Not despite motherhood. Not despite heartbreak. Not despite a body that changed. Now.

FAQ
Retreat questions.
What if I come alone?
Most women do. With under ten guests and shared rooms, the group comes together fast, and many guests leave with friendships that outlast the trip.
Where are the retreats held, and when?
There isn’t a fixed calendar. We’ve run retreats in Florida at a beachfront villa, in California at a pink glass-walled mid-century house with a pool, and all over Utah — and if you can gather seven or eight women in your state, we’ll fly to you. Each retreat gets its own theme, so returning guests get a genuinely different experience. Start with a free call and we’ll build it around your group.
Do I have to do the boudoir shoot?
A boudoir mini is included, and it’s a big part of the retreat energy — but everything is shot to your comfort level, and you set that before we start.
What if I’m nervous about my body?
Completely normal, and close to universal. Posing, styling and movement are all directed, and you’ll be photographed by a team who does this every week.
Are the rooms private?
Rooms are shared. It’s deliberate — it’s a big part of why a group of strangers stops being strangers so quickly.
Is this only for single women?
No. Married women, moms, divorced women, engaged women and women in every stage of life come.
Is alcohol served?
Yes — poolside piña coladas among other things — and there are always mocktails, sodas, water and juices, so nobody has to explain a preference.
How do I hold my spot?
Spots are intentionally limited to under ten. A $500 deposit secures your place and gives you priority access to the details, and it always starts with a free consultation call so it feels right first.
What if I haven’t prioritised myself in years?
Then this was probably built for you.
