What these terms cover
These Terms govern your booking and use of services from Blushed Boudoir Photography. By booking a session, making a purchase or using this website, you agree to them.
Looking for cancellation fees, reschedule deadlines or image pricing? Those live on our Session Policies page, which is the agreement you sign when you book. Where the two documents overlap, the Session Policies govern your session.
Booking & payment
A session fee reserves your date and time and covers the experience as described at booking. Session fees are non-refundable, because they hold a place on our calendar along with your photographer, your hair and makeup artist and the studio itself.
Images, albums, wall art and digital collections are purchased separately after your session. Booty Bus seats and certain experiences are paid in full at the time of reservation.
Payment plans and financing are available through third-party providers or in-house plans, subject to approval and to those providers' own terms.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Reschedule and cancellation fees are set out in full on our Session Policies page and in the agreement you sign at booking. Contact us as early as you can — the earlier you tell us, the less it costs you.
Arriving significantly late may shorten your session time, since the studio and team are booked for a set window.
Your images & copyright
Your final images are presented at a private reveal after your session, where you choose the digitals and products you want. Unless a specific promotion says otherwise, images and products are not included in the session fee.
Blushed Boudoir retains copyright to all images we create. Your purchase grants you a personal-use license — you can print them, share them with whoever you choose, and keep them forever. Commercial use requires separate written permission.
We will never publish or use your images publicly without your written permission. Any model release you choose to sign governs optional marketing or portfolio use, and you can decline public use entirely while still purchasing every image you love.
In the studio
We are a private, all-female studio, and protecting that is the reason most of these rules exist.
- Guests. To protect the privacy and comfort of every client in the building, guests aren't permitted during sessions unless arranged with us in advance. For couples sessions your partner is a participant in the session, not a guest.
- Respect. We ask clients and team members to treat one another with respect. We reserve the right to end a session in cases of unsafe, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
- Age. All clients must be 18 or older.
The legal part
Affiliate links
We share curated outfit and product links, some of which are affiliate links including the Amazon Associates program. We may earn a small commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blushed Boudoir's total liability arising from your session or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Utah.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the current version. The version in effect when you booked is the one that applies to your session.
