The one ask
The winner signs a release so we can share her images and her story on our social media and marketing. We walk her through exactly what that means before she says yes.

Every Tuesday this month we share one woman's story: what she fought, who carried her through it, and how she sees herself now. Your story could be the one another woman needs to read.
Sharing is always your choice. Nothing is posted unless you give permission on the form.

Boudoir after breast cancer, on her terms
There is no body she needs to have first. She chooses the coverage, from fully draped to bare, and we pose around what feels good to her that day.

Can I nominate myself?
Yes. Self-nominations are welcome and weighed the same as nominations from friends and family. Tell us your story in your own words, in as much or as little detail as you like.
Does she need to be finished with treatment?
No. Women in treatment, in remission and years past diagnosis can all be nominated. If she wins, we schedule her session around her energy, her appointments and how she's feeling.
What if she's had a mastectomy or reconstruction?
She's exactly who this is for. She decides how much is shown, whether that's fully draped, implied or nothing covered at all, and our team guides every pose so she never has to figure it out alone.
What does the winner agree to?
The winner signs a release allowing Blushed Boudoir to share her images and her story on our social media and marketing. We go through it with her in plain language before she signs.
Do I have to share a story or testimonial?
No. A story or testimonial is never required to nominate or to be chosen. If you share one, it stays private with our team unless you check the box allowing us to share it. If you nominate someone else, we ask her for her own permission before anything about her is shared.
Is the session really free?
Yes. There is no session fee and no hair and makeup fee for the winner. The session, wardrobe, styling and guided posing are all gifted.
When is the winner announced?
Nominations close Friday, October 9. The winner is announced Tuesday, October 13, and her session takes place in October on a date that works for her.
What is Blushed Gives?
Blushed Gives is our ongoing program gifting sessions to women who’ve been through a hardship or battle. This October’s breast cancer survivor session is its first gift.
