How Much Does a Valentine's Boudoir Session Cost in Utah?
Most photographers make you fill in a form to find out. We'd rather just tell you, because the number is not the interesting part — what it does and doesn't include is.
How much is a Valentine's boudoir session in Utah? A Valentine's mini is $349 and includes five high-resolution retouched images. A full session fee is $399 ($449 for couples) and includes hair and makeup and a 200–400 image gallery, with images purchased afterwards — ten digitals from $800, collections from $1,895.
The mini: $349, everything included
A Valentine's mini is thirty minutes on one set, one outfit, fully guided, with five high-resolution retouched images of your choice included. That's a known total before you arrive.
It doesn't include professional hair and makeup — mini clients arrive camera-ready, and that is precisely what keeps the price where it is. If you want glam, you want a full session.
The full session: $399, structured differently
A full session fee is $399 for women's, maternity and bridal, or $449 for couples. That covers three to four hours, professional hair and makeup, several sets, wardrobe support and a same-day reveal.
It does not include images. You'll see a gallery of 200–400 photographs at your reveal and choose what you want then — ten digital images start at $800, and collections that include artwork begin at $1,895.
That two-part structure is the thing that confuses people comparing studios, so it's worth being plain about it.
Why Utah studios quote such different numbers
Because they're selling different things, and the advertised figure rarely says which.
An all-in quote of $400 or $600 elsewhere typically means a shorter session and a small fixed set of images — often twenty to fifty frames, sometimes fewer. Our full session produces 200–400 images, of which you receive the entire gallery soft-edited and up to 150 professionally retouched.
Neither model is dishonest. They're just not comparable, and comparing the headline numbers side by side will mislead you. Our full cost guide breaks this down properly, including what to ask any studio before you book.

The Valentine's-specific cost
One thing worth factoring in this season: hand-made products must be ordered by January 5 to arrive before February 14, which makes Friday, December 18 the only album-safe date. Every later date is digital delivery.
If a printed gift is the point, that changes which Friday you book, and it's cheaper to know now than to find out in February.
Is it worth it?
That's yours to answer, and we'd rather you answered it with real numbers than a form. What we can tell you is which regret we actually hear. In fifteen years, nobody has told us they wished they'd spent less. A great many have told us they wished they hadn't waited.

Cost questions
How much is a Valentine's boudoir mini session?
$349, including the thirty-minute guided session on one set and five high-resolution retouched images of your choice.
What does the $399 full session fee include?
Three to four hours, professional hair and makeup, several sets, wardrobe support and a same-day reveal of 200 to 400 images. Images and artwork are purchased afterwards, starting at $800 for ten.
Why is boudoir more expensive at some studios than others?
Because the models differ. An all-in quote usually means a shorter session and a small fixed number of images. A session-fee-plus-artwork model produces a far larger gallery and lets you choose afterwards. The headline numbers aren't comparable.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, through Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal Credit and in-house options.
Is hair and makeup included?
With full sessions, yes. With the $349 mini, no - clients arrive camera-ready, which is what keeps the mini price where it is.
