Traveling to Utah for Boudoir: The Fly-In Client's Guide

Every month, we welcome women who travel from across the United States for their boudoir experience. Some make it a girls' getaway. Others plan a romantic weekend with their partner. Many simply decide it's finally time to do something completely for themselves.

If you've been wondering whether traveling for a luxury Utah boudoir photography experience is worth it, the answer from our clients is a resounding yes.

Why Women Travel to Blushed Boudoir

A boudoir session is more than a photo shoot—it's an experience you'll remember long after you've returned home.

At Blushed Boudoir, you'll find one of the largest private, all-female boudoir studios in the western United States, featuring multiple luxury sets ranging from light and romantic to bold and editorial. Whether your vision is timeless, dramatic, playful, or adventurous, we create an experience designed entirely around you.

Many of our clients also extend their stay to experience Utah's breathtaking landscapes, including:

  • The world-famous Bonneville Salt Flats

  • Utah's stunning Pink Lake

  • Golden Sand Dunes

  • Vintage Windmills & Milkmaid Picnic experiences

  • Mountain lakes, wildflowers, and seasonal outdoor sessions

It's the perfect combination of an unforgettable vacation and an empowering experience.

Getting to Salt Lake City is Easier Than You Think

Flying in is surprisingly simple.

Salt Lake City International Airport offers direct flights from hundreds of cities and is only about 15 minutes from our private studio located at:

629 South State Street
Salt Lake City, Utah

Most traveling clients spend a long weekend here, giving themselves time to relax, explore downtown Salt Lake City, enjoy local restaurants, and fully immerse themselves in the experience.

How to Plan Your Destination Boudoir Session

Planning ahead helps ensure you get the date and experience you want.

We recommend:

  • Booking your session 6–8 weeks in advance

  • Flying in the day before your session so you're rested

  • Staying one or two nights after if you'd like to enjoy Utah or schedule an outdoor destination experience

For our luxury studio sessions, professional hair and makeup are included, so all you have to do is arrive ready to be pampered.

For our outdoor Soulful Locations adventures (formerly known as the Booty Bus), you'll arrive camera-ready, and we'll provide detailed prep guides well before your session.

We Make the Planning Stress-Free

If traveling for boudoir feels intimidating, don't worry—that's exactly what we're here for.

From the moment you book, we'll help you with:

  • Outfit planning and wardrobe guidance

  • Access to our client closet

  • Hotel recommendations

  • Local dining suggestions

  • Personalized posing throughout your session

  • Your private image reveal and ordering appointment

You never need modeling experience. In fact, nearly every client tells us they were nervous before arriving—and leaves wondering why they waited so long.

Make It a Trip You'll Never Forget

Imagine spending a weekend investing in yourself.

You'll leave with more than beautiful artwork—you'll leave with confidence, memories, and an experience that reminds you exactly who you are.

Whether you're celebrating a milestone birthday, an engagement, a fitness journey, motherhood, a fresh start after divorce, or simply choosing yourself for the first time in a long time, we'd be honored to create that experience with you.

Women travel from Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Arizona, California, Texas, Alaska, Hawaii, and beyond because they want something truly extraordinary.

Your destination boudoir experience is waiting.
