I have dreamed of bringing together my three passions….empowering women, travel/adventure and photography. Our mission for these retreats is to create a safe place for women to heal, support, empowHER and work on our body image and insecurities. Picture a trip adventuring with like minded women who are all committed to making this a safe space for you. A space you can exist exactly as you are, you can feel safe in the skin you are in. Holding space for each other to heal. Shedding shame about our bodies, empowering and lifting each other up, all while having the whole life changing journey documented, with stunning group and solo photoshoots to remember your experience. We are going to dive into our inner voice surrounding our body image, what it means to be confident and how to bring that into our everyday lives. Together we will dance and move our bodies and feel the freedom of being more comfortable in our skin.

We will play and be free, create sisterhood and ground ourselves in nature.
